Alice began her real estate career with Washington Homes (now K. Hovnanian Homes) in 1995. She left the builder in 2007 and has been part of Team Y2K since 2008. Alice has sold homes in both Virginia and West Virginia, and her experience in the new homes industry gives her unique insight on this rapidly growing area. She is very knowledgeable on mortgages and the lending process, and she brings energy and enthusiasm to both the team and her clients. She strives make the the home buying process as simple as possible, and she is committed to finding the right property for every client. Alice is a resident of Ashburn, and has lived in Loudoun County since 1995. She is active member of the community, and has four children.
